From the first step in your business journey to the final step selling your company, our mission is to empower our clients to live their dreams. Our flat fees start at $250 for corporate advisory and contract review, so every person with an opportunity to fulfill their dreams can afford.
Every client relationship is different. If you only need us once, that’s totally fine. If you need us on the regular, we even have flat fee packages for outside general counsel services starting as low as $500 a month.
Focus on writing the great American novel, refining your poetic voice, creating that perfect album, developing that next big app, or even growing your seedling of a business into a monster. We will focus on corporate and legal support to empower you to reach those dreams.

No Surprise Fees!

If at all possible, we structure matters on flat fee arrangements.
If a flat fee or contingency arrangement isn’t possible, no work is ever done on a matter without prior notification and acceptance from the client.
It never costs you money to send us an email or pick up the phone and call us. Business communication benefits us all.

Technology and Security is Integral, not an Afterthought

Although many law firms have dragged themselves kicking and screaming into the 21st century, we were born there. Our managing partner was a software developer before she was a lawyer. And she was a technology and data privacy lawyer before she founded this firm. We understand that empowering clients means changing how we practice law.
If there is an opportunity to securely leverage technology to provide you better service or to lower your costs, we will do it. We even accept Venmo to pay legal fees!
No matter how small your matter is, you benefit from the same level of technology as our biggest clients.

You Will Always Know Your Lawyer

You matter is never going to be delegated to an attorney you don’t know or don’t want to work with. We give each client individual attention, and you engaged us to work with us.
If there’s a lower cost solution, we will work with you to leverage that solution, but we will always communicate and receive approval for any attorney or support staff that works with your matters.
